Deposits & Seat Holds

We hold seats for 48 hours with a 20% deposit processed via Razorpay or Stripe. The deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind within that window.

Balance Payments

Balance payments are due 30 days before departure. We send automated reminders and a dedicated payment link that supports UPI, credit cards, and international cards.

Supported Gateways

Domestic payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, net-banking, cards). International riders can use Stripe for USD/EUR cards with live currency conversion.

Multi-currency Display

All settlements happen in INR. We display USD/EUR equivalents at checkout to help you budget before card conversion fees.

GDPR & Data Handling

We only collect personal data required to run the expedition and never sell rider information. You can request data deletion anytime.

WhatsApp Usage Note

We use WhatsApp exclusively for trip updates and never add you to marketing broadcasts without explicit consent.
